250 gFenugreek leaves/methi
2 bowlwheat flour
1/2 cupgram flour
1/2turmeric powder
1 &1/2Red chilli powder
2 tspsalt
2green chilli
1/2 tspginger
1 tbspOil for dough

First we wash and cut the methi

Then we fry it

Take 5 minutes rest then we add wheat flour and all spices and gram flour and make a soft dough.

Make a peda, roll it thin and spread oil on it.

Ready to serve methi paratha with chutney, raita.
