1 cupself rising flour
2eggs
1 tsppineapple essence
1 tspcinnamon
3/4 cupwarm water
1 pinchbaking soda a pinch
1tblspoon oil

Mix eggs,oil,essence cinnamon and water.

Mix in baking soda then flour,whisk together

Add 1tbls of oil in the pan then add that paste,Cook until brown.
