Heat desi ghee in kadhai medium flame

Put cumin seeds garlic chopped, Chilli,crackle golden colour add Singhada,Salt,black pepper,garam masala mix well cover with a lid, cook slow flame 5 minute open lid, stir keep it cook 2 or 3 minute golden and crispy, sprinkle coriander leaves

Serve hot garlic Singhada with coffee and tea.
