Steps

Take a bsingan roast on a gas stove.

Then baingan roast,cool,peeled and mashed.

Take a wok add oil then oil heat add onion and peas saute for 10 minutes.

Then peas soft add all dry masala,green chilli and tomato puree saute for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes add mashed baingan saute for 5 minutes.

Bharta is ready garnish green coriander and serve.
