  • 500 gmdried plums
  • 200 mlSesame oil
  • 350 mlSoya sauce
  • 200 mlSweet soya sauce
  • 150 mlHoisin sauce
  • 100 gmWhite pepper
  • 300 mlLemon juice
  • 5 table spoonSalt
  • 10 table spoonbrown sugar
  • 1000 mlcold water

  1. 1

    Blend the plums with 1000ml cold water until become smooth then mixed with the rest ingredients. Stir well. Tips: Optional to cook it or just service raw. Storage in the fridge 4°c up to 2 weeks.
