Ingredients

  1. 1onion, finely chopped
  2. 1carrot, grated
  3. 21/2 crice
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 2 tbspcooking oil
  6. Water

Cooking Instructions

    Saute onions until translucent. Add carrots and saute for 2mins

  2. 2

    Add rice and mix well. Add water as per type of rice you use and mix. Add salt to taste

  3. 3

    Simmer on medium low until rice is well cooked and water evaporated. Serve hot with stew
