Soak your Kabuli chole overnight.Boil it with water and some salt. Grind chopped tomato and capsicum together and keep aside. Precook the chole.

Now heat the pan. Put oil and onion and cook until it becomes brown. Then add grinded capsicum and tomato paste to it. Add the precooked chole,chilli powder, chole masala and chopped ginger. Pressure cook for 10 mins and garnishing with coriander leaf. Serve with Puri or paratha
