In a pan boil spinach and drain.

Peel potatoes and sliced then 1/2 inch thickness and par boil. Add pinch of salt when boiling
- 3
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Add garlic chutney and lemon juice to spinach and mix well. In an ovenproof dish spread the spinach at the bottom to make first layer. Place the potato slices on top. Repeat and garnish with some cheese, tomatoes and chilli flake.

Bake for 15 minutes in the oven
