Ingredients

  • 2 cupsall purpose floor
  • 1/2 cupoil
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 tspchocolate essence
  • 1/2 cupcoco powder
  • 1 tbspbaking powder
  • 2large eggs
  • 1 tbspcinnamon powder

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large bowl, crack in your eggs, add the chocolate essence, oil and sugar.. Beat with a hand mixer until well incorporated.

    To the mixture, sift in coco powder and cinnamon

  3. 3

    Then add the baking powder and flour, you don't have to sift

  4. 4

    Mix these together using a spatula or a wooden spoon

    Oil your hands and form small round shaped balls, this recipe yields at least 16 cookies, but more if you decide to make smaller cookies mine are big.

    Oil a fork and press on to each to flatten.

    Let rest for about 2-3 minutes then bake in a 180°C preheated oven for about 15-20minutes..20 if you want your cookies more cripsy.

  8. 8

    Remove from the oven and allow to cool.

  9. 9

    Serve with a large glass of milk🥛😋
