1egg
3 Tblscastor sugar
2 Tbspoil
1 tspvanilla essence
2 tspbaking powder
1 cupmilk
1cupnflour
Pinchsalt

Steps

1

Beat together egg and sugar till creamy.
2

Add in oil,essence,salt and beat.
3

Add in flour,baking powder and milk-beat till smooth.
4

Spray and cook pan drop spoonfuls of batter on a heated pan.
5

Once bubbles form,toss over and fry till done.
6

Serve with syrup,cream,fresh fruit or ice cream.
