  • Halfripe plantain
  • Salt
  • Vegetable oil

    Remove the back of the plantain and dice.

  2. 2

    Sprinkle salt on it and fru in vegetable oil.

  3. 3

    Stir after 1minutes and fry for another 2 minutes.
