Steps

Soak ur beans for 5 minutes Pound it to remove the back layer.

Wash it with enough water to remove the dirty and back of the beans...

When its clean,add water and soak for 10 minutes, so it make easier to blend..

Wash ur red pepper and onions, add to ur soaked bean then strain the water of the beans and blend it to have soft and smooth paste...

Get a bowl pour ur beans paste,add salt,Ajino (optional) and beat for about 30 to 40 minutes...

Put oil in pan allow to heat,scoop the paste with spoon,in to the oil, when it well fried turn the other side,repeat action with remaining Bean's paste...

Add in to the colander to strain the oil from it...

Ready to use with pepper powder nd pap or hot tea and bread so yummy
