Per boil your yam (make sure it's not over cooked) add little salt as well.

Whisk your eggs in a separate boil, Sieve flour in a flat plat. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper (as desired) to the whisked egg.

Place your frying pan on heat and add a moderate amount of groundnut oil, when the oil is hot, pick a slice of yam and immerse into whisked egg, then rub it in the flour and back into the whisked egg then in the frying pan of hot oil. Repeat same until your yam slice is out. Please your fire shouldn't be too high to avoid burning. Serve with either ketchup or stew and a hot cup of tea or coffee.
