Steps

Wash and chopped spinach leaves,peel and chop onion, chopped baby corn into small pieces.

In nonstick pan add onion pieces,baby corn pieces and chopped spinach..saute them for few minutes on slow flame.

Add vegetables stock and boil the mixture for 5 minutes on slow flame.

Cool the mixture. Blend in mixer. Pour in same pan add salt and black pepper powder to taste,warm it & serve/ relish Spinach baby corn soup immediately.

I have used vegetables stock of prepared boiled mix vegetables.(from my recipe shared before)
