Keep all required ingredients ready

Add all vegetables in nonstick pan add one glass of water..cook on high flame after one boil lower the flame cook till all vegetables are tender. Strain the boiled vegetables.

Serve/ relish by garnishing with salt and black pepper powder.

Don't throw the strain water from boiled vegetables..use as veg stock in soups, dals.
