Marinate the cubed paneer with ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder,Chaat masala and salt for 1 hour.Set aside.

Mix the besan with water and salt and make a thick batter.

Now first put a cubed red bell pepper in the skewer, then paneer and lastly onion. Make 10 pieces following the same pattern.

Dip the paneer sticks in the batter and deep fry. Hot paneer sticks are ready! Serve with chutney.
