Boil the corn and keep aside. Wash the palak, and boil water and add the palak. Blanch for 20 seconds. Cool the palak and make puree.

Now boil the onions and make paste. Soak the walnut and cashews. Make paste of ginger, garlic, green chillies, musk melon seeds and dry fruits.

Now heat butter, add the paste and Saute till golden brown. Add the dry masalas, hing. Let it cook till butter leaves the sides.

Add Palak puree, add corn. Now mix well. Add milk. Cover and cook for 5 mins.

Now remove in serving bowl. Heat oil, season it with jeera, red chilli powder and one red chilli whole.

Garnish with cream.
