Ingredients

  1. 8 tablespoonsheaped wimbi flour
  2. 4 cupshot water
  3. 2 cupscold water
  4. milk optional
  5. to tastesugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the hot water in a pan and let it boil

    Put the wimbi in the cold water and stir it with a mwiko

    When the water has boiled add the wimbi mixture while you stir it continuously with a mwiko to prevent the formation of lumps

    Continue stirring until it comes to a boil

    Let it boil for 10 minutes then it will be ready you can add milk and season with sugar if you like or citrus.enjoy
