Chop onions, chop green chillies, make a batter of Besan and water.

Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder,coriander jeera powder to the Besan batter. Mix well.

Heat oil, add whole jeera, let it crackle. Now add the garlic, green chillies, curry leaves and hing. Then add onions. Saute till golden brown.

Add the Besan batter. keep stirring continuously. There should be no lumps.

When done it will leave the sides. Remove from heat and transfer in serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.

For bhakar, you need rice flour, add water and knead the dough. Make balls and flatten each bhakar between your palms. And then roast on Tawa on both sides and then directly on gas. It will rise and become like a ballon.
