Steps

Take 2 eggs in a bowl, add chopped onion, capsicum, tomato, & green chilli.

Add 3tbsp oats, salt to taste, black pepper powder, tomato ketchup & mix well.

Next put a tawa on oven, brush it with oil.

Add omellet mixer & spread it.

Flip it carefully & fry it in low flame.

Press gentle to fry it evenly.

Continue frying for 2 mins.

After 2 mins oats omellet is ready.

Serve with tomato ketchup.
