Ragi milkshake
Very easy, nutritious, healthy and tasty recipe.
Steps

Heat the pan on low flame. Dry roast the ragi powder for 2 minutes. Add water and whisk well to avoid the lumps. Cook till it becomes thick.

Switch off the gas. Let it cool down completely.

Add cooked ragi, chilled milk, sugar and cardamom powder to mixer jar. Blend it well to a smooth paste.

Pour it in glass and serve.
