  3. SomeChopped coriander
  4. 1 tbsprice flour
  5. 1/2 cupButtermilk

    In a bowl take oats and add buttermilk.

    Add chopped coriander and masala.

    Add rice flour and mix it. Rest it for 10 minutes.

    On a non stick tava spread small Chilla with laddle.

    Make equal size Chilla without oil and enjoy with any choice of dip.
