Boil milk,add lemon juice in it.it will start curdle strain it and squeeze it with soft hand.

Knead the chena with hand for 8 min till it come soft.

Make small ball and press them lightly to give round shape.

Take 1cup sugar and 3 cup water.boil it in a pan add balls in it.cook for 10 min.

Boil 1 kg milk in a pan add sugar,kesar and pista and cardamom and boil for 15 min.

Add cooled chena boils in it.
