  • 200 gmsGrated Pumpkin
  • 200 gmssugar
  • 1 mlred food colour
  • 10 gmscashew nuts
  • 10 gmscucumber seeds
  • 100 mlghee

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    In a pan add ghee and roast the cashew and cucumber seeds.

  2. 2

    IN a pan add ghee and cook the grated pumpkin. Add food colour and sugar and cook for 10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add ghee as and when needed. At one stage the ghee will come. Finally add the roasted items.

  4. 4

    Halwa is ready to taste.
