Omena being a daily meal to the western people especially the luos,I had to try it out and lucky enough it came out the best...

Boil a cup of water and cook the piece of ugali.

Boil another cup of water to warm.Then pour it to the 100g of omena to be cooked.leave it to settle for about 5minutes.

Put one serving spoon of cooking oil in a clean sufuria...pour out the water in omena and carefully put the omena in the oil....gently stir and reduce the heat..leave this for 6minutes.

Chop one onion and three tomatoes separately...

Add the onions and stir gently again and cover for three minutes.

Add the tomatoes and cover again for five minutes.then add carlics.Leaves for three minutes and stir while crushing the tomatoes.

Chop the remaining onion and add one serving spoon of oil in a clean sufuria and add the onions,fry the kales for five minutes....

Once the meal is ready serve will hot....
