  1. 6 piecerohu fish
  2. 1 tspsalt
  3. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  4. As neededoil

    Wash the fish well

  2. 2

    Marinate with salt and turmeric powder

  3. 3

    Hest oil and fry the fish well from both the sides

  4. 4

    Serve it hot with plain rice and daal or ghee and green chillies
