In a saucepan add grated coconut and sugar and cook on low flame till sugar is caramelized and changes into nice colour. Add little water to avoid sticking.

Add finely chopped apples and cook.. add little water to cook apples well. Cook it till water dries and mixture is dry and cooked.. add 2 drops vanilla essence.

Settle this mixture in a greased tin or plate and garnish with dry fruits of your choice. Cool it down and cut into pieces.
