  1. 250 gmlady's finger
  2. 2large onion chopped
  3. 2green chillies chopped
  4. 1 tspcumin powder
  5. 1 tspcoriander powder
  6. 1 tspred chilli Powder
  7. 1/2 tspchat masala
  8. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  9. To tastesalt and sugar
  10. As neededoil

    Cut thr lady's fingers into two halves

  2. 2

    Heat oil and fry the Onions till translucent

  3. 3

    Add green chillies and lady's finger stir fry well

  4. 4

    Now add the masala salt and turmeric

  5. 5

    Now add sugar and chat masala powder and serve
