Spooky halloween (chocolate) doughnuts

Take a small bowl. Add warm milk, sugar and mix well till dissolve completely. Add dry yeast mix it cover it and keep aside for 10 minutes.

Take a big bowl and shift the flour in it. Add salt and butter, yeast mixture and mix well now make little sticky dough, add water if required. Dust the flour on the kitchen surface and turn the dough on it then knead it for 5 to 7 minutes. Cover the dough in the same bowl for 35 to 45 minutes till double.

Dust the flour and roll the ball into thick circle. now use round doughnuts cutter cut into small disk.

Place the doughnuts on tray apply little oil with brush or spray. Cover the tray with plastic wrap and keep aside for 30 minutes till double.

Heat oil in a deep pan. Fry the dounuts on a medium flame till golden brown. Remove it on absorbent paper and keep aside.

Deep the white chocolate ganache and chocolate ganache for half 1 side doughnuts and keep aside.

Homemade spooky halloween chocolates add some pink colour and add some green colour set for 10 minutes to refrigerator. Garnis with spooky halloween chocolates bugs.
