Firstly peel gourd,potato and carrot wash them and grated now boil it

Now make a paste of onion, tomato and green chilli

Take a pan heat 1 table spoon oil heat it and add onion, tomato paste fry it till becomes brown now add turmeric powder salt and red chilli powder now add boiled vegetables add bhajji masala and mix well,add some paneer pieces

Now heat tava cut pav in 2. pieces spread ghee and fry both side on tava

Serve pav with bhajji
