Steps

Fry onions until they turn golden brown and set aside, then fry carrots and set aside,and sweet pepper and set aside

Use the same oil,add the rice and mix for 2 min

Then add water and salt mix and cover

When all water drains add fried onion,carrots and Sweet pepper and cover the rice in low heat for 10min

Fried rice is ready to be served
