1cauliflower cut in small pieces
4patato and pelled cut in small pieces
1onion cut and finely chopped
4potato peeled and cut in small piece
2green chilli cut and chopped
1small piece ginger
1 tbspCoriander leaf for garnish
1 tbspoil
1 tspturmeric
1 tspsalt
1/2 tspred chilli powder

First takly pan add oil and heated now add ginger and fry it

Till brown now add onion fry it add tomato and green chilli
3

Add turmeric powder and red chilli mixed it
4

Garnish with coriander leaf and serve it
