Beef n peas stew served with rice and Rosemary potatoes

Boil the shelled peas and add a pinch of salt to the water. Drain the hot water and rinse in cold water.

On a different pan, boil your rice.

For the potatoes, Peel and cut to size if you want them to cook faster. You can leave them whole. Boil in salty water until almost cooked. Drain water and place in a greased baking tray. Drizzle some oil and the Rosemary. Bake until n well done.

Chop your veggies. In a pan, heat oil and sauté the onions. Add all other ingredients and stir fry. Add your beef, salt and a ½ cup of water. Let it cook. Once ready, add the pre boiled peas and stir well. Let it simmer for 5-10 mins.

Plate and enjoy while hot.
