Take maida in bowl add baking soda and ghee

Add yogart and make soft dough

Then make equal size balls and make thumb mark in center

Heat ghee and fry all of them from lower to medium flame

And cool them to room temperature

Add sugar and water in pan

And make chasni
Add 2 tsp milk for all impurities come out - 11
When two strings in chasni come turn off gas

Add saffron strands and cardmon in it

Add all balushali in it and keep them in it for 1 an hour

Garnish with pista and petals
