    Wash your rice & pour into boiling water. cook until rice is over cooked

  2. 2

    Use a turning stick & mash rice until soft to form a paste

  3. 3

    Wet calabash with water, put the rice paste to form the shape as seen in pic above

  4. 4

    Serve tuwo with moringa& bitter leave soup or any of ur desired soup & enjoy

  5. 5
