Steps

First boil potatoes & chopped it or mashed it & keep aside.

Meanwhile in a mixer jar grind Onion, & tomato seperately & keep aside.

Heat the pan put oil in it when oil is heated add cumin seeds then add grated ginger & garlic mix well.

Saute for a minute add grinded onion paste in it saute till golden brown.

Add spices red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder mix well.

Add tomato paste in it saute all then add fresh green peas.

When green peas cooked & become soft add warm water as per gravy required.

Add salt & add boiled mashed potatoes in it.

Till cook when boils come & they looks like semi gravy.

Add garam masala & garnish with fresh green corrainder leaves.

Served hot with parathas or poori or Chapati or rice & raita.
