Cut your fillet into stripes.

In one plate combine flour, garlic powder, salt, black pepper and parsley

In another plate put bread crumbs

In a small bowl beat egg and a pinch salt. Coat fillet with the flour mixture then deep in the beaten egg coat well, finally coat with bread crumbs. In the order below.

Deep fry them on medium heat to cook through.

Serve with tartar sauce
