Ingredients

  • 1 kgpalak (cut n boiled)
  • corn - 1 cup (little boiled)
  • Ginger, garlic, green chillies ( tino ko Ek saath adkhara Karna
  • Onion (fine chopped)
  • Tomato (fine chopped)
  • 2 tbspMalai -
  • Red chilli pd (as per taste)
  • Garam masala (1/2 tbsp)
  • Salt (as per taste)
  • 2 tbspOil -

Steps

  1. 1

    In pan Heat oil add ginger, garlic n green chillies paste stir till it light brown.

  2. 2

    Add onion stir till it light brown

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes salt, Red chilli pd, malai, garam masala n salt.

  4. 4

    After 5 min. Add corn and continue stirring.

  5. 5

    Then add boiled palak and leave it for 10 - 15 min.

  6. 6

    Ur dish was ready to eat

  7. 7

    Serve 🔥
