First had these crunchie biscuits when I was still in high school and ever since they have been a favorite. This is my version. Enjoy
Steps

Melt margarine and syrup. Add bicarbonate of soda and stir.

Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Pour in the liquid.

Mix well with a spoon until all ingredients are combined. Press into a greased baking tray.

Bake at 160 degrees for 20- 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into squares while hot then leave to cool in the baking tray. Keep well in a sealed container. Enjoy
