Salt as per taste
1 pinchHing
1/2 tea spoonRed chilli powder
1/2 tea spoonChat masala
1Tomato chopped
1/4 cupCarrot grated
1Green capsicum finely chopped
1/4 cup Green coriander chopped
1 table spoonOil

Take besan. Make batter using water.

Add all spices

Add chopped vegetables.

Spread batter over it.

Heat the non stick or flat tawa.

If batter is thick add water.

Serve hot with sauce.

When one side is cooked, flip and bake from other side with the help of little oil.
