Steps

First peel the potatoes and boil them. After boiling cut them into round shape.

In a bowl make the paste. Put the flour,salt,food color and the dhania. Add maji kidogo kidogo as you stir to a thick paste.

Now add the boiled potatoes in the paste and changanya until zote zishike color.

Pour oil into a pan na uwache mafuta yashike Moto.

Start to deep fry the potatoes

You can serve with kachumbari or just tomato sauce. Enjoy!!!
