My husband loves this for breakfast and dinner.
Steps

Steam ur noodles for 2 minute drain the water

Slice ur carrot, red pepper, green pepper, garlic, cabbage, onions and ur liver

Heat ur pan with vegetable oil, add ur sliced onions stir, add garlic, red pepper, green pepper liver and lastly ur carrot. Fry for 1 minute as u are frying, add little oil on ur sauce to keep it fresh

Add ur drained noodles to ur sauce and mix together heat for 1- 2 minute

Set aside and serve with ur cooked egg.
