Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 1 cupbesan
  3. pinchajwain
  4. pinchhaldi
  5. 1 tspred chilli powder
  6. to tastesalt
  7. oil for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Add wheat flour,besan,salt,red chilli powder,ajwain and haldi in a mixing bowl.

  2. 2

    Add water and make a dough.

  3. 3

    Make balls with the dough

  4. 4

    Roll the poori

  5. 5

    Heat oil in a wok add poori and deep fry

  6. 6

    Serve with achar
