Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl;flour, half to 3/4 cup of sugar,a little scoop of salt,and baking powder,yeast then mix up the ingredients,after which you can add the grated lemon.

Add milk little by little until you get a fluffy kind of dough. Pour oil on your palms and tap onto the dough and cover with a clean towel and let it be for say an hour,or possibly for a night.

Once the dough rises,knead and cut the dough into round pieces then use a bottle top to man tiny holes onto the round dough. Make it as thick as possible.

Afterwards you can then heat oil in a big sufuria or this large pans.

Once you ensure the oil is hot enough,dip the already shaped dough into the oil one by one.Let the cook until they turn into a beautiful brown.

For the glaze,boil milk and blue band until you get the milk blueband mixture,then add drinking chocolate,stir while still on the heat,untill you get a thick consistent mixture, then switch off the heat and let it cool.

After it has cooled,halve the donuts into the ones you want to flavour and those that you want to remain plainone by one take the donuts and dip them into the chocolate glaze and set them aside.

You can then have them in any flavour you want by sprinkling any remaining grated lemon to make lemon glaze,or you can use shredded coconut, or cinnamon powder,,,or any type of flavour explosion you may desire.

You can then serve your donuts with a hot cup of milk or any beverage of your choice;)
