Ingredients

30 मिनेट
  • गेंहू का आटा 2 कप
  • रागी का आटा 1/2 कप
  • ओट्स का आटा 1/2 कप
  • गोंद 1 कप
  • काजू 1/2 कप
  • बादाम 1/2 कप
  • किशमिश 1/4 कप
  • मखाने 2 कप
  • खरबूजे का बीज 1 बड़ा चम्मच रोस्टेड
  • सोंठ 1 छोटा चम्मच
  • देसी घी 3 कप
  • चीनी 2 + 1/2 कप पिसी हुई

  1. 1

    सबसे पहले सारे आटो को मिक्स कर ले और एक कड़ाई में 1 कप घी डालकर गर्म करें।

  2. 2

    अब इस घी में गोंद और सारे मेवे बारी बारी से तल लें और अलग रख दें।

  3. 3

    अब उसी कड़ाई में बाकी घी भी डालकर मिक्स किये आटो को डालकर भुने, तब तक भुने जबतक की आटो से खुशबू आने लगे और उनका रंग सुनहरा होने लगे।

  4. 4

    अब सारे मेवे को मिक्सी में डालकर दरदरा पीस लें। अब गोंद को भी अच्छी तरह पीस लें अलग रख दें

  5. 5

    अब भुने हुए आटो को ठंडा होने दें। अब इसमें सारे दरदरे पिसे मेवे, गोंद, सोंठ, खरबूजे का बीज, पिसी चीनी अच्छी तरह मिक्स करें।

  6. 6

    अब इसके गोल गोल लड्डू बना लें। जरूरत हो तो और घी भी मिला लें।

  7. 7

    अब इसे एयर टाइट डब्बे में रख दें इसे 10 से 15 दिन तक आराम से खा सकते हैं।

  8. 8

    आप चाहे तो मल्टीग्रेन आटे का भी इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं।
