First in a pan add maida and water and make it into thick dough.

Make it into small balls and do it like small poori. Keep the small round gova inside and close it. Close the ends properly so that oil cannot go inside of it.

In another pan add the cooking oil and allow to boil. Fry this stuffed item in a slow manner.

Chandrakala sweet is ready to taste.
