Parboil rice.cut the carrots,green beans,yellow pepper,green pepper,onion.

Heat of pan on the fire,put margarine when is heated up and fry green pepper,yellow pepper,carrots,onion,green beans and add the spices curry,fried rice spice,stock cubes and salt.

Then 4 cooking spoon of the parboiled rice.stir and simmer for 5minutes.repeat till the rice finishes.
