In a mixing bowl combine the flour, cinnamon and sugar. Separately whisk eggs into milk. Add mixture to flour while kneading to dough.

Knead for 3-4 minutes until dough is smooth and elastic. Cover dough in a bowl with a damp cloth and allow to set for 15 minutes.

Divide dough into several hand- sizes pieces. Roll pieces into 1 cm thickness and use sharp knife to cut desired shapes. Set them aside for a few minutes to let them rise a second time.

Heat oil in a deep frying pan and gently dip the pieces into the oil. Turn a few times until golden brown. Serve warm.
