Mix baking powder and baking soda in refined flour

Mix both coco and coffee powder in it

Mix oil and condensed mik together mix it in flour mix

Make a smooth batter if needed add some milk in it...pour it in a greased cake tin and bake on 180 degree pre heated oven for 30 minutes or until cook....cool it and cut in pastry shapes

In other bowl melt chocolate and pour it on the pastry
