First soak moong for 6 to 7 hours and than tie not in muslin cloth for 7 to 8 hours. Noong are sprouted very nicely.

Than add chopped onion and tomato and boiled potato

Than add green and sweet red chutney and add lal mirchi salt and chaat masala

Now add pomegranate if available and sev. Your sprouted noong veel is ready.
